Access Control and Keys
As part of our mission to provide a safe and secure environment for learning, research and work, University Facility Services - Phoenix is responsible for all aspects of entry to campus buildings and offices, this includes servicing of doors, keying/re-keying, repair and replacing door locks, exit devices and electronic locks. We also manage the campus access control system including the badging process.
In addition, we maintain a database of campus buildings that includes issuance and returns, as well as key data.

Custodial Services
University Facility Services - Phoenix is committed to providing a clean, safe and cheerful environment through the highest quality cleaning with the utmost in customer service. Phoenix Bioscience Core utilizes contracted services provided by Edge Building Services. If you need to contact the custodial team right away, please email PBC-Custodial@arizona.edu as well as placing a work order.

UFS - Phoenix is committed to providing a beautiful, safe and cheerful environment through the highest quality landscaping with the utmost in customer service. Phoenix Bioscience Core utilizes contracted landscape services provided by HMI Landscape.

The University Facility Services - Phoenix team now provides full-service HVAC, Electrical, mechanical, plumbing maintenance and operation services for the University of Arizona, Phoenix Bioscience Core.
